Outlying Areas Shipping:

Any order above R500 will be sent out with Free Delivery

Delivery Information

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped to the customer within 6 working days of the order being accepted and processed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery to outlying areas within South Africa and for cross-border deliveries.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or via WhatsApp.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours or as soon as the order is scanned out by our couriers.
